2. Digital Products and Course Access
All purchases of digital educational content, course materials, and community access are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
This is because our services consist of digital content that is made available to you immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing access to digital educational content
- Access is granted immediately upon payment
- You accept that no refund will be available once access has been provided
3. Instalment Payment Plans
Where an instalment payment plan has been agreed, you remain liable for the full agreed amount regardless of whether you continue to access or use the services. Non-use of the services does not entitle you to cancel remaining payments.
Instalment payment plans are governed by a separate Instalment Payment Agreement provided to you at the time of purchase.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Such circumstances may include:
- Technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the content for an extended period
- Duplicate payments made in error
Any requests should be made in writing to contact@grittradingacademy.com within 14 days of the issue arising.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Discovery Calls
Discovery calls booked via Calendly are free of charge. There is no payment involved and therefore no refund applicable.
